Registration Fees

You registration allows you to choose between physical participation (in Amsterdam) or virtual participation (online on June 8-9-10).

All participants will receive a link to watch the program on demand until the end of the year 2022.

The same fee applies for physical, virtual or on demand participation.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing by sending a message to the conference secretariat.
  • A refund of 100% will be granted if the cancellation request is received at least 30 days (or more) prior to the meeting.
  • No refunds will be granted if the request is received with fewer than 30 days prior to the meeting.
  • If the congress is cancelled by ESCD, registrants may be extended a full refund (100%) for the participation fee.
  • The above policy also applies in case a speaker cancels physical participation and presents virtually.

Category Other – Proof of status

If you register as a student, resident, nurse, lab technician or nursing assistant, then you are requested to send a proof of status to secretariat@mediscon.nl. Please read the requirements below. The proof should be sent directly after registration.

  1. The proof of status must be written in English;
  2. The proof of status must be issued on official hospital or university letterhead;
  3. The date of the proof of status must not be older than 3 months from the date of registration;
  4. The status must be valid during the conference in June 2022;
  5. The proof of status must clearly state your position within the institution, practice, etc.;
  6. The proof of status must display the applicant’s full name and date of birth;
  7. The proof of status must state the beginning and the end of the residency or PhD (for Residents and PhD students);
  8. The proof of status must be signed by hand (no electronic signature) by the head of department (hospital or academic institution) confirming the status of the applicant;
  9. The proof of status must include the following details about the head of department: full name, department, email address and telephone number.
